Surveying our People

As part of an international organisation we have access to many internal programmes for the benefit of our people. One of these is an annual survey of all our employees where we ask for feedback to continuously improve the experience of working at Bupa Care Services.

Uniforms

We consulted our employees extensively in deciding on our new uniforms. Overwhelmingly everyone agreed that above all the new uniforms had to be simple, cost effective and comfortable. The brightly coloured polo shirts in easy care fabric fit the brief well.

Forums

All our General Managers and Care Managers are invited to attend regular Forums throughout the year. At these interactive Forums our managers have the opportunity to share and network with each other whilst receiving valuable knowledge and support to assist them in continuously improving.
